The products used are made in the mountains according to the tradition . The kitchen has its own flavors and aromas that determine the characteristic of the eating of the past.
The “Polenta” made with potatoes or corn meal or “Strangolapreti dumplings”, soups, beans, barley and vegetables, meat - produced in Trentino , game meat, trout or whitefish mountain, the salted meat, are some of the dishes you can find in our restaurant.
With these dishes will then accompany the cheeses of our valleys – the” Spressa of Rendena”, “Casolet of Val di Sole”, “Trentino Grana” or to name some of the best meats: “ciuiga bacon of San Lorenzo in Banale”, the sausages; and our fruits - grapes, apples, berries - can complement your meal.
